Manas JT Services is led by Manas Joshi, an experienced international voice process professional with hands-on expertise across US and UK customer support operations. With over 3 years of experience in international call centre environments, he has worked across finance, healthcare, research, and fleet support domains.
Manas has held senior operational roles with global organizations such as Concentrix and Finastra, where he managed high-volume inbound and outbound calls, handled complex customer issues, and maintained strong service quality metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT.
His experience spans customer service, emergency roadside coordination, telephone banking, healthcare support, and market research, giving Manas JT Services a strong operational foundation built on real-world delivery, not theory.
